I bought the ‘8-week blood sugar diet’ book and the recipe book - then followed all the Mediterranean Diet principles religiously, incl the glass of red wine! Bought this along with The Blood Sugar Diet book.

7 mths later I still follow the same principles - and weight has stayed off - it’s changed attitude to food and we loved the fresh recipes so much that I’ve subsequently bought and regularly cook from both the recipe books - fab moist chocolate cake with no sugar or flour! … I had another test after 3 months and it had reduced my blood sugars back into the safe zone, and reduced my cholesterol … and I also lost 6Kg! My mother and grandmother both had diabetes so decided I needed to take action!
