Won’t return as it’s only for getting in and out of the loft but for a builder could be an issue. Great product. Had to use plier to hold nut and then used other plier to tighten the bolt. Highly recommend this ladder

I will just redrill the holes myself. Feels quality. Hooks in ladder makes it easier to access attic. It can be easily stored in a small place.

It is made of aluminium so it is very sturdy. We put most of our unused items up to our attic and we needed a ladder which is foldable, convenient for us and easy to use.

This ladder was okay and my only concern was the level of sturdiness of the hooks at the top. Only issue was incorrectly drilled holes for the bottom brace. We are happy with this item and would recommend it to others. Wish i had bought this years ago as its the best ladder i have owned, i bought it for work, used today and really easy to fold down, lightweight to carry and small to store, really strong, i am 6 ft 3" and 16 stone, it feels really safe.
