Delivered very quick, would definitely recommend the gummies. Keep them away from children as they look and taste like sweets! They not only have the apple cider vinegar but also have Vitamin B12 & Folic Acid which is an added benefit.

You take three a day each with a meal and chew them up carefully before swallowing. Good and not annoying smell. Love the flavour and does seem to have supressed my appetite, also contains vitamin B12, would definitely order again. The packaging is nice and simple and was sealed.
