I've read Many, many self help/ therapy books but this is among the best for the average person who just wants to have a good insight to their mental health and what you can do to make your way to dealing and living with it more acceptably. I thought it was just me who gets these feelings but I am so relieved to learn other do too. No stigma, just a reassuring read that makes you feel normal.
