Firstly, this is the Difeel Biotin Root Stimulator. I just got this product so this is a first impressions post more than a review.

very good product, the smell is wonderful and it leaves your hair soft, I recommend it

The other ingredients in the Stimulator are generally all very good for hair. The Oil has an oily consistency and the color is more clear. The Oil is slightly citrusy. The 2nd highest ingredient in the Stimulator is denatured alcohol which idk how I feel about right now.

I got that from CVS. In the Stimulator it is the 6th highest ingredient, as you can see from my pictures. The consistency and ingredients are different. The Oil is supposed to be used pre shower.

very good product, the smell is wonderful and it leaves your hair soft, I took the opportunity to buy all three I recommend it This is NOT the oil.

The Stimulator is supposed to be used post shower. Time and use will tell.

Hopefully that helps people decide which one is which and which one is right for them (though I think both are good to try out because the price is reasonable). In the oil, Biotin is the 3rd highest ingredient (listed 3rd from the top). You can get the oil separately here on Amazon.
