Every recipe I have tried so far has been fantastic. I cannot recommend this enough! My favorite so far has been the asparagus and pistachio pizza!

Not only are the recipes fantastic, easy to make and healthy, but the book itself is so nice just to leaf through--it's currently sitting on my coffee table. No one in my family is a vegetarian but we have all been enjoying these recipes.
Everything I’ve made from it is delicious. Most recipes only call for a handful of ingredients, most of which are relatively inexpensive and easy to find at your local grocer. The recipes don’t use tons of ingredients and they are easy to make. Every recipe has a full color photo and the corresponding instructions are so lovely.
I am low key obsessed with this book. Plus the book is honestly gorgeous. This book is GORGEOUS! And it all is SO beautiful when served.
