Individually hinged front protection flaps and a wide open front help to ensure that material reaches the blades, whilst a full width steel roller at the rear of the mower helps to prevent unnecessary scalping of the ground. This works to support the ower and this enables safe, powered transport when moving the machine across hard or uneven services, reducing the fear of damaging the roller or blades. The Allett SFRK20 (side front roller kit) fits onto the Buckingham 20H cylinder mower, in place of a standard front roller, which enables grass longer than a normal lawn to be cut.
