I’ve had one of these jarkeys for years, and with my arthritic hands, I wouldn’t be without it. Now I have ordered them one, every jar in the house has now been opened, just use like you would do a bottle opener, and pfftt, the pressure is released in the jar, the lid pops, and you can unscrew the jar lid with ease. I thoroughly recommend. My mother in law asked me last week to open a jar, of course I couldn’t do it, they didn’t have a jarkey, long story short, my father in law went without his mint sauce.
