Imperium: Legends is a standalone game that contains the three most challenging civilisations in Imperium - the Arthurians, Utopians, and Atlantians - as well as the Egyptians, Mauryan, Minoan, Olmec, and Qin civilisations, each of which can be played against solo. As one of eight radically asymmetrical civilisations, you will compete to become the most dominant empire the world has ever seen. It is fully compatible with Imperium: Legends for players wanting to expand their pool of civilisations even further. Expand too rapidly, and unrest will bring your civilization to its knees; build up too slowly, however, and you might find yourself a mere footnote of history. There is also 4 levels of difficulty so you can choose, and even a campaign mode to keep things interesting The variety in artwork is fantastic. Also you can play against the bot which really works.
Longer and more complex than your average deck building card game, which was actually a good thing for me. You get 8 nations to play with. I love ancient history, so really loved the artwork and faithfulness to history in using real place names.
