I really can’t fault this book in way shape or form, every child should read it. Really recommend to families.

The rounded corners of the book make it feel more journal, diary like rather than a serious reading book. I have only read the first several pages, but oh wow, what an amazing book! Dr Alex is a brilliant advocate for young peoples mental health. It's a well done book, with interesting and usefull information for our childrens.

The way the books illustrated again allows you to digest the Information more easily. I would highly recommend it.

Alex was speaking directly to her. It's covers some pretty big topics including identity and relationships so more for teenagers I would imagine. Abool you would necessarily read from start to finish but more a book where you can dip in and out and read sections whenever you're struggling.

I personally use this book in my classroom and my social work with school age children. I think this will help her massively. The media could not be loaded. I must agree with other reviewers, this book is absolutely brilliant.
