I don’t recall ever having to change the battery and its been years since I first purchased this. Using the mouse on any surface is amazingly smooth with zero drag. I noticed that the newer batches of my old immortal Logitech Performance MX mouse got smaller gliding pads, so this is likely not a coincidence but an intention to control the service life of the computer mouse to keep the manufacturer in the business, which would be hardly achievable if users would happily keep using their devices for decades, though one must wonder how this business model will work with the intention to lower emissions and reduce accumulating trash other than pretending that during various promotional virtue signaling.

I would say I have large hands but mouse feels great. I always bought the most reviewed and cheaper keyboard and mouse around when I needed it.

Over the past month, I have bought 2 previous mice, both basically cheap and nasty, but the reviews stated they were great (so I guess these people have never used a professional mouse before? It's great and works. The mouse allows for multiple modes to suit different tasks and the other even more likely used feature is the scroll wheel that can be set to clicking precision tasks or fast scrolling without resistance with a push of a button under the scroll wheel, a hidden button for switching between tasks is situated under the side forward-backward, mode buttons where your thumb usually lays and mouse fine tuning can be done with the downloadable Logitech application.

If you want to connect with Bluetooth you need to download app first. The shape is somewhere between palm and clamp grip types and size is a compromise that works reasonably well even for most 6-footers, unless you are some big foot type with hands like agricultural instruments. Rarely write reviews but this mouse is everything I needed.

Easily switch between laptops, scroll button unlock makes scrolling almost fun too :D The Logitech M720 Triathlon medium mouse is totally fantastic.

Logitech has great software to move files between devices however it dose not work with android. I use it to control an iMac, a Macbookpro and a PC laptop running Windows 7. The mouse was bought after bad experiences with Logitech top end Logitech Master MX 3 which is too big and too heavy for laptop use on the go apart from in my case refusing to charge its internal battery which was the reason for return. The media could not be loaded.
