It is one book, I will pass down to my daughter. The fact there is a browning recipe alone, sold it for me. Every single recipe is exciting, well instructed, colourful and easily sourced.
Living in an area where, Caribbean ingredients are not easily sourced, is a life saver. However Am I glad I purchased it. Thank you for this contribution to culinary excellence.
