The flavor lasts long enough. The only thing is that the flavor doesn't last long unfortunately. Sometimes I tire of it quickly, and a short time later I grab another. The Gum it's got a Great Flavor and it chews for a long time.

But I also use it to help with cravings to snack. I really like these large square packs because they are a good value, and they fit easily in my drawer at work, and in the pantry at home. I certainly would not want to keep sugar-based gum on my teeth this much :) . I just pop in a stick of gum and it helps me for a while.

I go through anywhere from a few sticks to 2/3 a pack in a day, especially while busy at work. Great what you see is what you should expect! Wasnt stale or tuff. The media could not be loaded.

My brother gave me this for Christmas and he took 1 FULL pack like how there he but it was good it was a bit too sweet but it’s good. I end up using a lot more near the end of the day at work. But I still Love it and I chew it all day at work instead of smoking.

I chew it after meals to help get stuff off my teeth, and keep my breath fresh. I got this deal and I used it I can't believe it that I get it with low price it's so amazing And it has no sugar.

I seriously don't know if it is equivalent to brushing, but it sure helps make it feel clean and fresh, and helps me get rid of some stuck stuff :) .
