This last bit was a little fiddly as you’re working within the cage. It arrived well packaged but with no instructions but easy enough to fit.

Having a recess behind the door for when the door is open is essential as it’s a good width. The plate and cage slip on over and behind the letter box and you simply do up the letter box screws again. So easy to fit! It looks smart on and I liked the top lifting lid.
I will have to update if my dogs pull it off but I’m happy with it so far so I’m very happy to recommend ☺️ Whether this cage holds firm depends how well your screws are tightened to the door. Definitely worth its money.
