I definitely think I’d still have preferred to read this book though. The idea behind the story line is brilliant, obviously there’s a lot they could do with it, so it spiked an interest straight away. There was a slower section in the middle but didn’t make it difficult to pick up.

The ending was predictable but decent, like the destruction imagery. I am so glad I peeled off the stickers! I listened to the audiobook and first of all, really enjoyed the narration for both characters.
I think if I’d had read it there would’ve been a lot more mystery, where as the audiobook didn’t leave me feeling OH WHAT ARE THEY DOING BEHIND THE SCENES. I loved the way the city had changed and the tower and all the tech, super cool.
(Pre order has already gone in! It’s a mix of the best of Hunger Games and Divergent. Tough decisions!
Pretty predictable relationship but still enjoyable. I am just distressed that I have to wait until Jan 2023 for part 3! I adored the characterisation! I bought this book out of curiosity after enjoying the Childrens book I purchased for my Grandson.
