A few days of taking these and I have noticed an increase in energy levels. It's a good quality Pukka product, lovely product design and I've had no side effects so I'd recommend them for the price. Apparently when combined with siberian ginseng, andrographis has shown more potential at helping with colds than echinacea, which is surprising. They are slightly green in colour and you get 30 in a sealed bottle (although more than 39 would be better) but for me I will only take these for immune support throughout the folder months and only use it when I need it.

They do smell and taste quite "herby" but it's not unbearable at all. If you are on any medication please check with your GP before using these These little pills are filled with natural Ingredients and added vitamins , great for boosting the immune system and suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans .

I did some more research when receiving this and didn't realise how powerful it actually was or how good it is for other issues as well as for coughs and colds. I really like the Pukka Herbs range .

It's that time of year when your immune system just fails miserably, so herbs like andrographis are much needed. The instructions say to take 2 a day . They are quite easy to swallow, the length about the size of a 10p piece.

I've taken this for a few days to stave off the cold going round at work and even though I wake up with a cold threatening it hasn't taken hold yet so hopefully these are working!
