The colour range seem pretty much the same and they are just as soft. The one down side to the prismacolours is that they lose their point very easily and you have to keep on sharping themBut apart from that they are value for money 💰 and easy to use.

Well as you have gathered my answer was yes and I got this tin of 72. Overall, I am very happy with these Prismacolour pencils and will not hesitate to order them again. However I do agree with people that they are made poorly compared to other brands and break easily.

They are a very good price as well. The pencils themselves were all intact, no breakages of any kind. These used to be sold in the UK under the name of Karismacolour and i used them very successfully for mant years. :)

Manufacture was later transfered to Mexico. This set is honestly really great and I'm glad I have them.

My plan now is to build the set by buying individual pencils as I need them and hopefully get the complete set over a matter of time. I have heard of issues with broken and /or off centre leads from other CP artists but have not noticed it (yet) with mine and I'm very happy with them. Prisma colours are very pricey but well worth the money in my opinion. If you like soft pencils these will suit you but they do wear down quickly and don't hold a point for long.
