This cookbook has so many recipes with ingredients that seem like they shouldn’t belong together and yet they come together in an explosion of flavor. My only reason for docking a star is because many of the ingredients are hard for us as common cookers to find at our local stores. cucumber breakfast salad tastes even better than it looks.

We have loved every recipe we have tried. ! You won’t find a lot of these ingredients at Smiths or Walmart so beware if that’s the only place you shop. My husband and I purchased this cookbook because we love salads and needed some inspiration.

THE BEST book of salads I’ve EVER gotten! I don’t think every single receipt is easily accessible to everyone in terms of the ingredients listed, but it helps you redefine what a “salad” is and understand that it can be so much more!
