This brush gets all matts out of our Doodles fur quickly and painlessly He is always hot. I can say a daily brushing with this brush Haskell kept his fur nice a fluffy with no matting! After brushing him out I also tried the FURminator and I realized that it barely brushes the top in comparison.

I have a long coated German Shepherd, which I rescued. Happy brushing! Most brushes and combs aren’t strong enough to handle my poodles hair. Well worth the cost.

One brush, this slicker brush with the long 40 pins, did it all. LOL! I’ve invested in a lot of brushes since then, such as a FURminator slicker brush, a regular metal pin brush, an old “wet” brush (for humans), a detangling brush (also for humans) a regular FURminator, a detangling comb, a brush that I remember using for horses, and two types of metal combs. I also used a light spray of the ice spray on conditioner, right before I finished and brushed it through her coat.

I know the price is a bit high seeming but I’ve bought SO many brushes trying to take his fur and keep him beautiful, and to avoid shaving my pom (NEVER shave your pom it ruins their hair - I say over my dead body I will brush him everyday to avoid that and you should too! I cannot believe the amount of hair it took out! I bad a bagful of hair with this new brush!

It would be nice if it had a quick release button to remove the hair from the brush, but I guess one can't have everything. I saw reviews of this one but it was too expensive for me. Do not hesitate to purchase! I ordered the larger size and it works really great for his fur!

He looks puffy and her coat looks so shiny! I have a new puppy and this brush is amazing. It’s extremely well made and durable and maintains its shape well.
