Would highly recommend! So tried this and problem solved. Slats dont bend and mattress stays on evenly. .
I kept waking up in the mornings tired, my body was tired and achy even after sleeping for 8 hours or so, in the end I came to the conclusion that the mattress may be too soft and that I needed something firmer to sleep on. Was hesitant to get this bed board initially, as was not sure what to expect or if it would help. used my mattress previously on a wooden bed frame with wooden slats, and would say this is about the same. (Honestly, I havn't woken up as tired) Even though my mattress is quite thick, the bed board still seems to support the weight of the mattress.
