Ive found filling it full and microwaving the food in the pot until food gets really hot provides good heat retention until lunchtime. Pot size would be suitable for a smaller adult lunch. 95l with two tiers would fill you up! This size is too big for a small child, but would be ideal for an older child in key stage 2 or high school.

I like that its bowl shaped and you can separate flavours. If you have a big appetite then the 0.
