If the screen edge was where it is in the picture, I would give it a 5/5 As a brand I have come across AOC previously and they have been rock solid displays. Fantastic picture love it very easy to set up and get going controller on back left took a while to find but easy to navigate once you find it No controls conveniently located along the edges instead a control joystick is located at the rear of the panel, since my monitor is quite close to a wall its a bit of fiddly to locate it.

First thought on turning on the power is that the screen is very bright and the image is very sharp. 5mm audio cables. Very well built monitor perfect for your gaming be it PC or console.

Height of the monitor is fixed and cannot be raised or lowered, also the base does not swivel, this is not an issue for me however it is something to note. I decided it was time to get a secondary monitor and so when i saw this on offer i instantly took the plunge. I have been using it pretty much daily since then.

It has x1 HDMI port and x1 D port (Display Port) and a power connector. This is perfect for someone that need a new screen but don't want to break the bank.

Haven't tried the speakers. I purchased this as i kept on having to switch from my ps4 to my mac and it started to get a bit boring and i was concerned the HDMI slot could end up getting damaged.
