I've been using this for about 9 mthsIt's FANTASTICI snored so bad kept waking myself up ! Second - the rings are adjustable. Like You can increase the ring diameter to get a better fit, and to help it stay in.

This being said all magic comes at a price. Takes about a week to get used to itIt's comfortable really easy to fit as long as you get the smooth bit at the bottom of your nose,I wash mine regularly & chuck away the1 st off the monthWouldn't be with out it & earplugs both work really well together for a Great night sleep ☺️ First there are no sharp edges to irritate your septum.

Cathy R and secure It was effective but didn’t always stay in all night and as I wore it longer the edges started to irritate my septum more and more. My partner has started snoring, bought these for him to trial, we tried them in together today and they are quite comfortable, he tried the medium and I tried the small, both easily adjustable, (I don't snore but wanted to use mine for running, breathing exercises and overall obtaining better oral hygiene at night). The first device I tried had a more “m” shaped construction, where you put each “hump” in one nostril.
