Ever since freshman year in college I felt in love with traditional animation,that year I went to library to find books about animation, and I found this huge heavy book, considered to be like the "Bible" for animators, I borrowed that book so many times I lost count. Over the years I always said one day I would own it, here in Taiwan it was nearly impossible to get a copy and I wasn't able to afford one from the U. When I moved to engineering scool, my engineering graduation Master thesis was about animation and robotics, and this book was key for me to do things right.

This is not an early Bday gift or late Christmas present, this is a gift from Bear to Bear, love Bear just because. There is so much beautiful artwork, info, and even some guides for animating. Book came in wonderful conditions and I had no problems. I'll be looking through it all too and I'm so pleased with the purchase, pat on the back for me :) you'll not regret buying this book.

The cover is beautiful and so is the detailing of the hardcover. I consider this the Bible of Disney animation for animators and it truly is. It is not a how-to book but More to read and inform yourself about these amazing animators. You know as a parent those presents they'll go bonkers about and this is it for me :) as for my opinion it's an absolute beaut of a book.
