Lamb Pasanda Recipe

• Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender.
• Add cream or coconut cream.
• Nuts or raisins are optional
• Add 1 ½ tsp Leena Pasanda Masala, salt, pepper, nuts and raisin paste.
• In the remaining oil add diced onions and fry for 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
• 25ml cream or coconut cream
• 1 large onion finely chopped
• 1 ½ tsp Leena Pasanda Masala
• Add sliced onions and fry until brown and crispy.
• Add meat pieces and stir until the meat is brown.
• Remove and keep aside.
• 50ml yogurt
