As you will see from the picture the tablets are tiny and very easy to swallow. The taste as with any B vitamin (with the exception of methyl based in my experience ) is awful as can be expected and the taste does linger for a short while.

Overall I am pleased with this product. I don't feel as tired as usual and I was having major issues with my scalp and hair thinning which is clear already last week it was horrendous and this week almost clear.

I am anemic and these vitamins have done wonders in reducing fatigue during certain phases of my cycle and have given me a noticeable burst of energy, also happy that B12 Very pleased with the level of quality of the vitamins and the benefits I am experiencing after only a short time. These are super tiny so easy to swallow.

I have also been taking colostrum and l ultimate which I started just before these But the real improvements came when I stacked these on top. Drinking with a pint of water helps this and they're quite small to pop down the hatch!
