I have found that if you butter the bread as normal when making your sandwich and smear the thinnest amount of butter on the out side, you get a lovely crisp coating on the out side. Very versatile, so easy to clean and store as packs down very small. Really happy with it, lives up to its reputation. I chose the XL and am so pleased I did.

I haven't washed it, only wiped the inside after every use as I didn't want to affect the non stick surface. Great product for our campervan stove. This is such a brilliant intention. Cant say anymore than that.

I've heated up things like tinned sweetcorn too and it did a brilliant job. I didn’t find any issues with the quality of the handles as suggested, good size we cooked for 4 people, and it cleaned very easily, magnetic handles are a nice touch!

Highly recommend their YouTube vids for ideas. The ridge monkey is excellent for using in a vw camper van - see pic for the first thing I cooked - the chicken came out really juicy and because you can close the lid while cooking there was no smell or splatters of oil etc - I would definitely recommend this cooking on gas product we love it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
