This book is so well researched and beautifully writtenNot only will it educate you but will also be a revelation. The beautiful recipes beg to be made and I find myself pouring over them and having a tough time deciding which to make. First week in and IBS is already in a better place, I have recommended this to friends. Low carb bread is excellent and 40 mins to make from start to out of oven

I love the way Pauline writes; the ease of speech in a non convoluted way speaks to my soul and makes me want to keep turning the pages to absorb more and more information. An absolute must for all women, and men supporting women in their health journey. I love how this book is written in a conversational way - ensuring you are able to understand the information that is being given.
