My microfibre pad has frayed on the first use too and it only got delivered this morning. The dirty water collects in another chamber and you turn a switch briefly to top up the clean.

So whilst this is still a good purchase I’m not sure how environmentally friendly it will be having to buy new mop pads every month (I will have one per week)At the start I was skeptical about paying that price for a mop, but once I realised how much I spent buying and trying new mops and steamers per month I managed to justify it. I don’t put away as have dogs so very handy to use! Cheers! I'm also in a unwinnable battle with the hubby to "TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF!

I’m quite tall and found the handle a bit small for a comfortable clean. Overall really like this, I think it will make mopping much quicker and me more likely to do it especially upstairs. It arrived super quickly and surprised me at how compact the product is to be honest, everything relating to that product fits into the bucket for easy storage.

BUT the issue is kinda frustrating. The inclusion of multiple mop pads ensures you have replacements readily available. So make sure its clipped in properly or there'll be a water accident.

I ordered and was very happy with the clean water system and the compact design which is great as my kitchen is not very big.
