As my piercings are on the inside and difficult to angle the spray, I spray it into a dropper, where each side of my piercing ends get one drop of the liquid. Only downside is it gets everywhere inside my ear and even wets my hair near the ear.

I use this twice a day and if I can feel an irritation bump coming (from laying on it or playing with it too much) I use a hot water compress with tiny bit of salt for a couple days then straight back to this spray. Overall excellent buy.
