. Love the stripe / griddle marks you get on your food, it’s like a bbq but inside and without the smoke. ! That aside this is a fantastic item.

Delivery very quick. The media could not be loaded. Arrived when promised, and did a great job of a couple of steaks the same night.

One word of caution though ! Definitely feels like a solid and useful addition to the kitchen. Yes the handles get hot, what do you expect, it’s a pan on a cooker.

This seemed like an excellent compromise between a non-stick and cast-iron, and so far it's lived up to expectations. Fantastic quality, cleans easily, I put it straight in the sink after cooking and fill with water and washing up liquid and leave to soak. The handels are approximately £3, and I would say they are a must.

Will need returned but but would like it replaced. I already have a cast iron pan but wanted a pan with a lid for steam/griddle. )As others have said you do need to purchase the silicone handles as the pan will heat up uniformly !
