To charge from empty it took around 10 hours, substantially longer than all my other power banks. Discharging at a steady 1A took around 12 ½ hours at just under 5-volts, this rounded up to a discharge capacity of around 67 watts from the 74-watt rating, that is over 90% of its rating.

I contacted support and they told me to completely discharge the power bank and charge. It has a smart looking display which indicates charge capacity and shows if it is being charged with a ‘PD’ indication for compatible charges, there is also a button to activate the display. Initially the power bank would not charge more than 86%.

2Ah at 12v giving a charging capacity of around 86 watts (You will always put in more than you get out). Feels good quality. Only downside is relatively heavy. I have carried out a few charge and discharge cycles and results are quite good.

The power bank would also loose 5% capacity after charging some Sony ear buds which can’t be right. Not sure how accurate the power left is given the initial problem.
