Realizing the importance of Vitamin D, we hope we will continue to prioritize getting outdoors often in summer during UV index 3 or 4 and when we cannot, on rainy days or in winters, continue to take cod liver oil without forgetting. That's hard to find. However, this cod liver oil does seem to have naturally occuring highest Vitamin D per serving of 5 ml to any other cod liver oil we checked on Amazon.

I could see this tasting good with lemon water. I braced myself for the bad smell and taste but neither was there! It taste like raw salmon 🙊 & it does leave a fishy after taste. Seems like Vitamin A & D are actually retained in this cod liver oil, instead of being removed and re-adding during purifcation process with the cold extraction method that uses minimal heat.
