I couldn’t have done much more due to the hand fatigue (I have bad hands anyway). It's a good purchase, received the blade today and tested on some cotton fabrics with folded in 8 layers and it did cut the fabric smoothly. I was worried about dulling my 'good scissors' and also about wastage (of both product and time). Overall, this is an amazing price on a fantastic tool.

Arrived on time. Couldn’t I just use a good pair of scissors? I was concerned about needing to hold the handle to keep the blade engaged, but it only takes a light grip, and because it’s so much faster, I was done long before it would have been an issue. I make a lot of embroidered bags, both in cloth and using upholstery or glitter vinyl.
