The media could not be loaded. I shoved the metal rod thingy through my chicken, an extra large 2kg Aldi one might I add, secured the legs with the skewers and set it to work. Super tasty and perfectly cooked each time.

A medium-large chicken cooks perfectly (amazing crispy skin & juicy inside) in about 1hr 15 mins. Even so, it was the best Sunday roast we’d had in ages. I must admit I was sceptical about this item after reading some of the horror stories about chicken being burnt outside and raw inside at the same time. Whole chickens are the best.

So far I've made whole chickens, chicken gyros, lamb donner & hanging chicken kebabs. . I’m really not sure what these people are doing to be honest.

We purchased this mainly to make Shawarma of our own, the machine comes with drip tray, skewers and also with trays that will help you keep the meat in place , the key or a delicious shawarma is the preparation of the meat and marination of it the night beforeIt does not have various settings , but only a times and that was perfect for us , we also proved the met with a thermometer and ensured this is cooked through , the meat was succulent and full of flavourThe cleaning was super easy , we removed the drip tray that was almost full, this collected everything into it , no spills, just has to wipe the glass while this was still hot , we had the oven gloves on. Tried a few times now both for kebabs and joints and each time the result has been fabulous.
