I couldn't put it down. One of the most powerful books I have read. In short, it helped me deal with alot of demons from my past that made me despise myself for being gay, the reasons for it and how to love who I am, instead of feeling a deep rooted sense of shame and self hatred. .

This is a good read for anyone - and maybe even good for those who have gay relatives/ friends. It's great, I would highly recommend it to everyone! It is certainly the best and most researched book I have read on this topic.

The book helps to put into a very realistic picture why a disproportionate number of gay people end up going down the wrong path in life, and the many demons they carry. It should be handed out on the day you come bursting out of the closet in a survival kit. This really is an incredibly important book for the LGBT community - especially gay men. This book helped me understand.
