I like the idea of this because it portable, and you can do so many different exercise movements on this one machine, it offers more of a challenge, instead of just moving forward and back the whole time, it's easy on your joints, you get a total body workout that targets the whole body area. Screw down and move onto the next one.

I used a tin of 151 Super Grease I bought from a discount shop for a quid. I love the iPad/tablet/phone rest on the front.

Stops me getting bored. You will need your small screwdriver that came with it ( or one of your own),a spray can of plastic friendly grease.

I did have a problem with it when it first arrived during its 1st use, it squeaked like a doozie my goodness, it was so loud my neighbour could probably hear, but after I loosened all the moving bolts and sprayed them with some WD40 it soon done the trick, no more squeaking, it's now lovely and quiet. I would advise against a petroleum based grease as it may eat into the plastic. I suppose you can tackle all four but have fun putting everything back on if the legs fall off, I think one at a time is best.

I don't like assembling things but this was quite easy. Plus it does fold. Only negative is that it squeaks on one side.
