Personally I wouldn't trust it left out in the rain etc! My car was dead for months and barely squeaked when I started it , now it fires up like normal. You may need the connection to pinch onto the very top of the terminal rather than clamp right onto the whole thing. 5m cable to the sturdy clips that connect to the battery.

you don't have to press start again for it to pick up where it left off)Not sure how weatherproof it is as I have it installed underbonnet. Panel sits on top of dash and connects via OBD , meaning everything is within the car.

Cable lengths are good approx 1. It charged my empty battery in 24 hours. It looks more expensive that what the price suggests.
