has good power, and the option to tighten in short bursts is cool. I work as an auto mechanic and figured I would try this 3/8 impact I took it to work used a few times seemed a little weak SEESII customer service contacted me and asked me what was wrong, and they decided to help me out with a stronger impact wrench and let me tell you they did just that they have some great customer service the kit I received not only is strong but its good enough to use at work.

i suppose for the price it’s just a chance you have to take will try to get a better O ring to “fix” this issue before returning. Never going to charge a 21 volt battery, however amazon assistant was extremely good and resolved the issue. Used it all day and battery life is great, I recommend you buy this if you need a cordless impact wrench

Although the LEDs showed fully charged, the charger took around 2. The first test - removing wheel lug nuts from my BMW E90. Feels heavy and well built for the price bracket, took a while to figure out the charger plugs into the battery as not in instructions, and noticed that the charger is only 18 volts.

will mostly be using for automotive and woodworking, so i’ll update after it’s been put to usei’ve seen other people saying the holes weren’t the right size or lined up right, came with missing pieces, etc. )Overall, for £100, think the tool will be a brilliant addition to my collection but as the title explains - don’t expect miracles. 2 batteries which is excellent! I bought this impact wrench to aid with home vehicle MTX and servicing.

HOWEVER - it’s important to remember that most mechanic shops will wizz these nuts on with a pneumatic Impact Wrench with much higher torque settings and with little care for factory figures. It could get nuts off and on of my small cars easily, not sure if it would work on my fiat ducato yet, will have to get a 24mm socket separately to try that as the package only comes with 17-22mm sockets. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged.

the machine hole is also slightly large, so i will probably be replacing the whole drill bit set. comes with a hard case and with all accessories.
