There are a few videos on you tube, but they don’t really explain throughly. As tempting as it is to use daily, I’m only jumping on it 4 times a week with breaks between days. I like that the vibration setting goes from very low setting of one all the way up to 100.

The only negative is that I have no idea how the 2 resistance bands are suppose to attach to the 2 short black metal bars under the unit. I’ve only had it for a week so can’t really say if it offers the benefit they claim but I like and how I feel after a 15 minute session. I was highly impressed The minute that I opened it.

I was looking at machines that were well in the $500 range and I’m glad that I went with this model even though I was a little sceptic given the lower price range. Included in the picture is one of the metal plate with a hole, which you are meant to attach the 2 resistance bands to, as there is one on either side. I received multiple updates and was notified my new remote was on the way.
