A brutally honest portrayal of a special elite Soldier not only fighting a war on the ground , home life and PTSD. I could relate to many of Jason's struggles. An heartfelt tale of the journey of mental health. Jason’s honest account of his depression, PTSD and Burnout was truly inspiring, he had me smiling, in tears and gasping as I turned the pages.

His reflection and accounts of his time in therapy with Alex reminded me of my own journey through counselling. I really like Foxy on SAS so thought my stepdad would like this alongside a submariner book I also got him.

I read this book in a day I could not put it down. I was interested to read another authors story of living with mental health.
Brilliant Book showing that the members of the special forces are only human and that with the right help they can come out the other side ok.
