All buttons and joysticks work properly so 5/5. It's very comfortable in the hands, though it might be less so if you have smaller hands like me. However, you do need to have the Wii U turned on in order to charge it, which seems like a big oversight.

Overall, this will be the main controller I use from now on for many Wii U games! All the other buttons are fine, and even with this, I don't feel strained in long play sessions. Some small scratches here and there, but it's used, so I won't whine. Ive always wanted to get a controller for the Wii U as for playing such games as Super Smash Bros it just doesnt feel right using the Gamepad itself since my hands get painful after a certain amount of gametime and on a game like smash bros when it can get pretty intense, you really wanna have a controller for such hardcore fighting xD

Wii U Pro controller is best controller yet. The buttons, joysticks, and triggers are almost identicle to the gamepad's, but just a bit more tough and clicky - which is a good thing. If they were moved across to the edges a few centimeters it would be better. It's battery life is incredible, helpfully coming with its own charging cable.

Bought an used as new ones have started to cost a lot. I feel I have to stretch my thumb across a touch too far for the d-pad and BAXY buttons.
