I've being using this food now for 5 months, so I've given it a good try, but now I'm going to ease her slowly into the brand that my other dogs used to eat. ! Each 14kg bag was delivered in a box measuring 3 x 2 x 2ft most of the space took up with packaging. The media could not be loaded.

I would weigh my dogs food first, but must people would just use a cup to measure. I get this dog food delivered every month and this is the first time this problem has occurred. I would like a refund on the bag as I cannot use it for my dogs. Always arrives within days 🐾🐾Delivered to my door and my pooch absolutely love them thank you very much 🐾🐾

Dogs love this food but the last time I ordered from Amazon the packaging was astonishing. It has been stored in a dry garage since delivery. My dog thrives on it As soon as she hear me pouring it into her bowl she comes running!

Photo attached just to show off my dogs cuteness! I liked the size of it as she is only 11kg, and it fitted into the small hole of the small feeding ball that I use but the big problem is the amount of lose small power size bits that settles to the bottom. I got my 18 month old lab,Cross, rescue dog from the USPCA and this is the food that they where already feeding her with, so I though that I would keep her on it.

I opened my bag of dog food today only to find that it is mouldy. One of the more expensive brands. Update - contacted Amazon direct, had a very helpful guy from customer services and received a new bag of dog food today.
