Be Mindful of this and you should be fine. It's sub 250g so falls under all current and future legislation meaning you have more freedomIt has a 3 axis gimbal which I've learned is a must if you want to have stable videoIt has a great quality 4k cameraThere are a lot of improvements over the first mini and I'm sure anyone reading this will have done some research but having seen both fly I can say that the improvements are notable, especially in the wind where the more powerful motors come into their it own.

Well within the drones capabilities but there was wind. If you are considering buying one you MUST get the "fly more" version. I flew my drone in some light wind.

The media could not be loaded. Fun ways of getting really good video footage that don't need the dexterity of a Rubik's cube champion to do. It handles like a dream, it can still function in quite high winds and it's really easy to carry and deploy.

)As long as you're sensible and consider where you're flying you don't need to stay more than 150m away from congested areas, check an app like Drone Assist to make sure you're not flying in restricted areas. Its supposed to be to protect the gimbal but should disable in high winds. I would never imagine that something would give me some much joy and fun!

(Not crowds though. I would suggest taking some time to get used to the manual settings and play about to get the best out of your drone.

I then raised the camera back up and the drone instantly stopped drifting. If you're on the fence about spending a few hundred quid on a cheaper competitor drone my advice would be to spend the extra and get this. I am more than happy with my Mini 2. Quick shots - programmable shots that circle a point of interest or fly straight up in the air etc.
