Nevertheless, the bank receives five stars from me, if only for the reason that I am now gaining a lot of muscle and can therefore show my ex-wife what she is missing out on. What is actually not useful at all are the two keys to setting up the weight bench.

Although these are great, they are very wide and therefore fit, per side, a maximum of 3x15kg + 1x10kg or 120kg including bar, based on the barbell. I have weighed all the weights and bars, they all match the description (s), +/- 100g here and there. I feel confident it could handle a decent amount of weight and the tricep dip handles are good too. I couldn’t quite workout to get the bench to fit due to the diagram not being so clear but all parts and bolts are sufficient.

Overall, really happy with this purchase and they suit my requirements perfectly. 😁😁😁 I can only recommend this model, but if you want steel weights, you might want another model.

Unfortunately, for reasons of cost, the weights are only made of plastic, although steel weights would have been the nicer alternative. Thanks to this, the construction was easy and is of good stable quality. It arrived early. Are very satisfied with the goods

Anyone who has ever assembled an Ikea cabinet will be able to set up the weight bench without any problems. The things are quite good for the price, except that the packaging is very bad Weights arrive defective, they have never heard of packaging material before. I wouldn’t use the tools provided in the box, just get a wrench set and it’ll save a lot of time and effort!
