Night 5 and on he’s slept in his crib with no tears for 12 hours a night. You got this, mama! Ok so the first time I tried this method my son was only 4 months old.

I liked this book because you feel supported by the authors. Find Your style that fits, but great suggestions The first two nights he had 1 night waking and since then has been sleeping through the night!

It didn’t go well and he cried for a very long time. Around 6 she has been waking up and we can tell its her hungry cry so I feed her, but then she has gone back to sleep for 2 hours sometimes. Make sure to do whatever you feel best, even if the program advises against it.

Worth buying. I was pretty apprehensive because up to this point we were nursing to sleep. So happy I tried this program again, even though the first time trying it did not go well.

I was skeptical but I followed it exactly as written. The only pitfall we made was that about after a week she was still crying for about 20 min to put herself to sleep. I appreciate what the book had to say.
