Definitely hot! I didn't even last 30 seconds. It's builds up in the back of your throat then moves down your tongue.

The media could not be loaded. Your mouth becomes a gate to hell as it lights on fire, you feel like you’re becoming possessed as your whole body goes numb, and it feels like demons are attempting to crawl out of your stomach.

That's why I gave it a 1 star for value for money. I love spicy. When I first put it in my mout it wasn't too bad then it got increasingly worse and seconds felt like hours after 2 minutes my mouth was too numb I couldn't even feel the heat and I used the timer on my I phone camera but I accendintly turned it off and I turned it back on and it occurred to me that I went 5:30 !
