The fix involves opening up the unit and rotating the heating element about 180deg. Super easy. I love the fact that it dries the bottles after sanitizing.

I am getting everything ready for baby and tried boiling stuff and air drying but this thing gets everything ALL THE WAY DRY! My husband enjoys the "High tech look", and I enjoy how many bottles and things that can fit inside of it. Just a little vinegar when the hot plate gets a little white from the minerals in our water. Have used it nonstop for a month so far and it has held up.

The best part is that it dries everything. It's horseshoe shaped and it happens to boil the water right next to the fan vent, which causes it to spill over (see pic #1). .

Reconnect the shells and you're all set! If that bothers you, keep it on the 60min cycle. The unit leaks because of the heating element. Here's how to fix the leaking:Tools required: #2 Philips screwdriver, T10 Star (Torx) screwdriver.

Telling all my preggo friends to get it :) Cut the zip tie holding the wires together and rotate the heating element about 180deg.
