It's got to move with the times though and have a better display on the machine rather than looking like a worse cousin of the initial space invaders or pack man. So, it is not any quicker then the cash version, but it is great fun. One part of this game really grates with me - plastic tokens, they need to be textural, weighty and metal, full stop.

It's so easy to play. Also there is a traveling feature that lets you move anywhere on the board if you pay 100$ (quite cheap). Really nice.

It is does not take forever to play. This is very overpowered as you can move directly to Mayfair and the other top end properties. There are a few new rules , which add a different element to the game.

The machine takes care of the auction. This is where the game changes most.

Overall a fun game for kids but for teens and adults it’s too easy. Eliminating the back-room dealing of the game whereby players will "forgive" or lend money to other players in order to keep the game going and make more money from rent. This seems a quarter way house which will eventually be a better game.

Given that I averaged around 800 monopoly money throughout the game, the common tactic is whoever first lands on a location tile will normally buy up Mayfair and the most expensive areas first. The first player to go bankrupt essentially ends the game and whomever has the most money is the winner. I like the bank cards are Rick and not to bendy and the barcodes are huge so not as fiddly as self scan supermarket headaches. The odd equivalent of tossing the board in the air is now holding the x button for 5 seconds.
