Chair came well packaged and easy to setup. Cushions are nice and comforts and provide good support for the lumbar and the neck. The chair doesn't wobble, and rolls around with ease. By the way, the assemble of this chair is easy, it only takes about 20 minutes.

I bought this chair to replace my older one which was becoming uncomfortable. Also support was the best messaged very promptly and quickly so that deserves some real credit where credit is due can't get any better than that. Initially was a bit bit hesitant due to quality of the product as looked like a chinese product and due to some of the previous negative reviews however I have had this chair now for almost 9months and still in very good shape, it is comfortable and supports your back and beck which is very good if you work longer hours working from home or play games as you need to rest your back and neck every few hours, I find it comfortable obviously for working and gaming as there are different levels where you can adjust the height of the chair and tilt of the back depending on your position and chair works fine in all of the positions, obviously not going to be comfortable if you try and sleep on it as not made for that purpose, easy to assemble but just make sure follow the instructions that come with the product which helped me a lot, I weigh normally between 75-90kg depending on whether I am trying to cut weight or eating everything but would consider myself average perosn and find it comfortable however if you are very big and overweight not sure how the chair will work for you but it is quite sturdy so hopefully shoukd be OK and feel would be OK for guys way heavier than me, overall good product and good value for money This was my first gaming chair before i was gaming with a broken sofa now i feel like i can sit up straight and the lumber support is a added bonus.

Great item and very easy to assemble. Assembly was easy but there is only 2 screw cover for the side but there is 4 holes to cover. The arm rest you can not turn and even if you place it to the closest position to your body, is still too far out.

Only draw back, the foot rest is kinda flimsy, I would say they work if you are short and have small legs, my wife could use it, but I keep thinking I might break it. Very happy with this and from what I have researched a fair price.

The seat is excellent, your back feels well supported, your neck and weist are supported by the pillows and the seat is so comfortable. The instructions were clear enough but part of them were on a different piece of paper and I didn't see the photos till after. It’s the second gaming chair I bought on Amazon.

It's only happened twice so I'll keep an eye out and contact if it becomes faulty. Also you get 2 spare screws in case anything happens to them. It takes alot less space than my old one and the arm rests are nice and comfy too. They have advised feedback will be passed on big Idk if that will change much.
